Hello from Brazil! My name´s Dave, originally from Boston, living in Brazil for the past 7 years--since Jan ´92!
I´ve been arranging tour packages for adventurers who REALLY want to explore Brazil´s boundless wilderness. My tour includes: Exploring the Amazon Basin, Rock Climbing/hiking/cave exploring/water sports in the Central-West/Amazon region and checking out the Brazilian city nightlife as well. I´m currently looking for some "recruits" --some "Radical-Adventurers" to rough it out here in the jungle for my next 15-day exploration trip I´m planning(Aug.´99) with my team of professional Brazilian wilderness guides/rock climbers. If you´ve ever been out here, the only regret you´ll have is when you leave Brazil. Here´s the scene: Radical Climbing,Great weather, food (& beer)included. No wimpy sight-seeing here-just a 2-week all out blast!Experience what I´ve been living for 7 years-(no cops, to start). I´ve got the connections for anybody interested in an "insider´s view" to all of Brazil´s unbounding tropical(& non-tropical) wonders--that I´ve personally been "exploring" for the past 7 years --- and no regrets! Hi,
We are a New York City casting agency looking for free-spirited male and female extreme sport athletes who are willing to travel overseas at a moments notice (July). The people chosen will be part of a TV adventure series.
Into a unique region we will thrust a group of youthful travelers, inviting them to share a chalet during the peak of the winter season. We will spend a season inside their lives and on their adventures.
We are looking for youthful, not necessarily young people with a variety of skills/interests, with one or more main abilities but who are willing to experiment.
Characters will be chosen for energy, willingness to try anything and all-round vivacity and love of life. We will share their growth as they push their boundaries, challenge conventions and seek truths about themselves and the world they inhabit.
These travelers will bring a sense of wonder for the incredible surroundings, a desire to experience all that the region has to offer as well as abilities in different disciplines.
